Connor, a dedicated soccer coach, is the grounded homebody and realist who brings strength, steady support, and warmth. Where Stephanie dreams up the next adventure, Connor keeps them rooted in the beauty of the present moment.
They share a love of relaxed beach days, but their most cherished trip took them across the Atlantic, where Stephanie introduced Connor to her family’s hometown in Croatia. Watching Connor meet her family in her ancestral home became a core memory, two worlds blending into one.
A Sacred Ceremony at Our Lady of Ostrabrama in Cutchogue, NY
The day began at the historic Our Lady of Ostrabrama Roman Catholic Church in Cutchogue, New York. Adding a deeply personal touch, the couple was married by Stephanie’s cousin, Sasha. Having family at the altar turned a beautiful sacred tradition into an intimate, faith-filled celebration.
Outside, a soft Long Island rain began to fall. Inside the sanctuary, surrounded by candlelight, loving family, and lifelong friends, the atmosphere was radiant. The joy, the tearful vows, and the blessing filled the church with a light brighter than any sunny afternoon.

After the ceremony, everyone made their way to The Vineyard at Aquebogue on Long Island’s North Fork. “It was a little rainy, to say the least,” Stephanie remembered with a smile.
