A Vineyards at Aquebogue wedding on the North Fork
Sabrina and James celebrated at The Vineyards at Aquebogue, a Lessing’s venue set among the vines on the North Fork of Long Island. The property gives a wedding film real variety in a single location: rows of grapevines for portraits, an outdoor ceremony with the vineyard as a backdrop, and a ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows that keeps the North Fork scenery in view all through the reception.
This was a summer wedding, so we planned the day around the long golden hour over the vines, filming the couple’s portraits as the sun dropped and then moving inside for the party. Everything was captured in 4K by James and Keri and hand-edited in our studio, with the ceremony audio recorded on dedicated mics so the vows are clean in the final film.

James and Sabrina grew up about 10 minutes from each other and met after college through mutual friends. Sabrina went to high school with some of James’ closest friends. They would run into each other about once a year at a birthday party and in 2019 they decided to go out for drinks and the rest is history! On a beautiful summer day, James surprised Sabrina while taking a walk on the beach, got down on one knee in front of both families and proposed!! They celebrated the night away with friends and family. They both couldn’t wait for their wedding day!!
