A Bayview on the Water wedding in Massapequa
Dana-Marie and Bryan were married at Bayview on the Water in Massapequa, a South Shore waterfront venue on the bay in Nassau County. The venue’s whole appeal is the water: the ceremony and cocktail hour look straight out over the bay, the sunsets are reliable, and the ballroom windows keep the view in the room all night. We planned the filming around that, with the first look and portraits timed to the light over the water.
Bryan’s surprise proposal, staged as a birthday party with both families in the room, set the tone for a wedding that was all about family, and that is what we built the film around. James and Keri filmed as a husband-and-wife team in 4K, recorded the ceremony audio directly, and hand-edited the final film in our Long Island studio.

From the moment Bryan laid eyes on Dana-Marie, he new without a doubt that she was the one. He organized the most unforgettable birthday celebration for the two of them. With both families together he got down on one knee and proposed to the woman of his dreams. A celebration that they both will never forget. “Anywhere with you, is where I call home”, as the two have travelled and lived many places together. They love to live life and enjoying every moment together.
